SIHF Healthcare Opens a New Location in Arthur, Illinois
SIHF Healthcare is pleased to announce that it recently opened a new location at 525 North Vine St. in Arthur, Ill. The health center offers Family Medicine, Behavioral Health, Adult Health, as well as Pediatrics and Geriatric Care for patients of all ages.
Like all SIHF health centers, the Arthur facility accepts most insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare, and offers a sliding fee scale so no patient is ever turned away, regardless of their ability to pay.
“We are pleased to expand our services and offerings in Arthur," said Larry McCulley, President and CEO of SIHF Healthcare. “This new location provides the opportunity for additional access for integrated healthcare for families in Douglas and Moultrie counties.”
The Arthur health center includes two high quality providers: Kendra Zerrusen, a board-certified family nurse practitioner, and Kelli Canada, a licensed clinical social worker.
Prior to joining SIHF Healthcare, Zerrusen served as a registered nurse for multiple hospitals and has a special interest in heart health. She received her Master of Science in Nursing at Olivet Nazarene University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Illinois-Chicago.
Canada has an interest in behavioral health as well as family medicine. She received her Master of Social Work at St. Louis University and her Bachelor of Science in Social Psychology at Park University.
The Arthur health center is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. and new patients are being accepted. Walk-ins are welcome or to schedule an appointment, please call 217-543-2446.
